Your knowledge and passion for spirits will be integral in helping our customers find the perfect bottle for any occasion.   1. Demonstrate exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their spirit purchases in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge of spirits to guide customers in selecting the perfect bottle for their needs and preferences.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and creating a welcoming and educational atmosphere in the spirits department.
  5. Educate customers on the complexities of different spirits, including production methods, flavor profiles, and food pairings.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked spirits department to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Assist in inventory management by regularly monitoring stock levels, rotating products, and placing orders as needed.
  8. Collaborate with team members to create and implement sales strategies to increase spirits department sales.
  9. Conduct product tastings and events to promote spirits and engage customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  11. Continuously strive to improve knowledge of spirits through attending trainings and seminars and conducting personal research.
  12. Support and promote Total Wine & More's commitment to responsible consumption of alcohol by providing resources and information to customers.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Total Wine & More by upholding the company's values and fostering a positive image within the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Various Spirits And Their Production Process, Including But Not Limited To Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, And Rum.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Market Trends And Consumer Preferences In The Spirits Industry.

  • Experience In Creating And Implementing Successful Sales Strategies For Spirits Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Able To Effectively Educate And Engage Customers About Spirits Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Building Relationships With Clients In A Retail Or Hospitality Setting.
