3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
4. Conduct tastings and demonstrations to showcase different spirits and engage customers.
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience and ensure repeat business.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Continuously expand knowledge of spirits through ongoing training and development.
8. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service.

11. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
