1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Utilize extensive knowledge of different types of wines to make personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
3. Assist customers in navigating through the store and locating specific wines.
4. Stay up-to-date on current wine trends and new products in order to make informed recommendations to customers.
5. Conduct wine tastings and events to showcase new and featured products.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including product displays and shelves.
7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Actively engage with customers to build relationships and promote customer loyalty.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
10. Continuously expand knowledge of the wine industry through training, seminars, and tastings.
11. Assist with inventory management and ordering of products.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service.
13. Provide support to other departments as needed.
14. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
