1. Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
2. Utilize extensive knowledge of wine to assist customers in selecting the perfect products for their needs and preferences.
3. Continuously expand and update knowledge of wine and related products through training and self-study.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
6. Serve as a brand ambassador for Total Wine & More, promoting our products and services to customers.
7. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products, making recommendations to customers and team members.
10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as needed.
