1. Conduct wine tastings and classes for customers, providing in-depth knowledge and information about various wines and their characteristics.
2. Educate customers on different wine regions, varietals, and food pairings.
3. Assist customers in selecting wines based on their preferences and budget.
4. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell featured wines and products.
5. Continuously expand and update personal knowledge of wines and industry trends.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer inquiries or issues.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
9. Assist with inventory management and ordering to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection of wines.
10. Participate in store events and promotions to promote the brand and increase sales.
11. Keep up-to-date with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and local alcohol laws.
12. Train and mentor new Wine Specialists, sharing knowledge and best practices.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and handling of wines.
14. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
