Wine Specialist

1. Conduct wine tastings and classes for customers to educate them about different wines and winemaking processes.
2. Provide personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences and budget.
3. Possess a deep understanding of different wines, including their origins, flavor profiles, and pairings.
4. Continuously expand knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and new wine releases.
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
6. Assist customers with wine selections and provide exceptional customer service.
7. Collaborate with other team members to create engaging and informative displays and events.
8. Keep track of inventory and make recommendations for restocking popular wines.
9. Provide training and support to other team members on wine knowledge and customer service skills.
10. Maintain a clean and organized wine section of the store.
11. Work with store management to meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
12. Serve as a brand ambassador for Total Wine & More by representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
13. Act as a resource for customers, answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns.
14. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
