- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality assurance procedures and training programs
- Conduct regular audits and create detailed reports on performance metrics and trends
- Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance processes and provide guidance and support to team members
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns related to quality assurance
- Participate in meetings and trainings to stay updated on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and organized records of quality assurance activities and findings
- Uphold TTEC's commitment to exceptional customer service and represent the company's values and brand in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Call Center Or Customer Service Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Methodologies, Processes, And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Constructive Feedback To Team Members And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Improving Quality Assurance Programs To Drive Operational Efficiencies And Improve Customer Satisfaction.
