  1. Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to drive key business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for financial improvement and recommend solutions.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and track key financial metrics, identifying trends and potential risks.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial planning and forecasting.
  7. Support the budgeting process and provide accurate and timely budget vs. actual analysis.
  8. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance and inform decision-making.
  9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  10. Mentor and guide junior financial analysts in developing their skills and knowledge.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Communicate financial information and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  14. Collaborate with external auditors and assist with financial audits.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. A Higher Degree Such As An Mba Or Cfa May Also Be Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Consumer Goods Or Retail Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Recommendations To Senior Management.

  • Proven Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Financial Information To Both Financial And Non-Financial Stakeholders.
