Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Government Or Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Policies, Regulations, And Laws Related To Workplace Programs, Including But Not Limited To Diversity And Inclusion, Employee Engagement, And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Workplace Programs, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Innovation.
