Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Government Or Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Federal Policies, Regulations, And Laws Related To Workplace Programs, Including But Not Limited To Diversity And Inclusion, Employee Engagement, And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Workplace Programs, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Innovation.
