Agile Coach

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Agile Coach to join UBS and lead the implementation of Agile processes across the organization. You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of Agile methodology and the ability to mentor and coach teams on the fundamentals of Agile Scrum, SAFe and Kanban. You will be a key player in the successful development and delivery of high-value and high-quality products.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile processes, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and have the ability to bring the best out of our teams. You will need to have a track record of successful Agile coaching and leading teams in the transformation of their working practices. Experience in the financial services industry, or a similar regulated environment, is preferred, but not essential.You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to articulate the benefits of Agile processes to a broad range of stakeholders. You will also have the empathy and patience to coach and mentor individual team members and build strong relationships. Responsibilities:

1. Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to teams in Agile processes, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
2. Facilitate agile ceremonies and activities such as Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-Ups.
3. Identify and remove impediments to the successful delivery of product increments.
4. Work with product owners and stakeholders to ensure and maintain a backlog of user stories and tasks.
5. Monitor and report on team performance and progress against milestones.
6. Support the implementation of Agile process improvements across the organization.
7. Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
8. Lead and facilitate the transformation of working practices within the organization.
9. Work with stakeholders to ensure that Agile processes and methodologies are understood and adopted.
10. Utilize data-driven approaches to measure team performance and effectiveness.
