Ideally 1+ years of experience with UNIX, SQL and some scripting in an support role
Exposure to automation tools like IpSoft, Automation Anywhere is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of Incident and Problem Management practices (ITIL methodologies)
Self-motivated and able to work independently or within project teams
