6. Create and manage recruiting budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
7. Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as number of applicants, conversions, and hires.
8. Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting events and activities.
9. Oversee the interview and selection process, from initial contact to offer letter.
10. Provide guidance and support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
