You will coordinate all aspects of our campus recruiting efforts, so it's essential that you have knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and employment laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of three years of progressive recruiting experience in the financial services industry, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the UBS campus recruiting process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities to promote UBS as an employer of choice.
- Monitor recruiting trends and adjust processes, as needed, to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to campus recruiting.
- Develop and implement innovative campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Create and manage recruiting budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as number of applicants, conversions, and hires.
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting events and activities.
- Oversee the interview and selection process, from initial contact to offer letter.
