- Lead the coordination and execution of all campus recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, and campus interviews.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including campus career centers, student organizations, and university faculty.
- Identify and engage with top talent through various channels, such as resume databases and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Proactively source and attract diverse candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the campus recruiting process.
- Create and maintain a database of candidates and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate logistics for on-campus events, including travel arrangements, materials preparation, and event set-up.
- Actively promote the UBS brand and culture to potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in campus recruiting.
- Track and report on key metrics, such as candidate pipeline, offer acceptance rates, and diversity metrics.
- Assist with other recruiting and HR initiatives as needed.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Represent UBS at recruiting events and conferences.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Previous Experience In Campus Recruiting Or Event Planning
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With College Students And University Staff
Knowledge Of Recruiting Tools And Platforms, Such As Linkedin And Handshake
