UBS is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join our innovative and rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the client onboarding process, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. The successful candidate will also need to have a natural aptitude for problem solving, possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance, and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience working in a client onboarding or customer service role.If you have the qualifications, passion and commitment to join our team, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling multiple customer inquiries and requests.
- Utilize problem solving skills to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities.
- Ensure all required documentation is up to date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and developments.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
