
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Head of Underwriting
UBS is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Head of Underwriting to join our global team and drive our CRE underwriting process. We are looking for a reliable professional with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in CRE, banking, finance, or a related field, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the underwriting process across UBS’s CRE portfolio. The CRE Head of Underwriting will be responsible for managing the risk and integrity of the underwriting process, which includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and direction to the underwriting team, and developing and implementing strategies to maximize portfolio performance. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for CRE underwriting to this role and will possess the necessary qualifications to meet UBS’s high standards.
