Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Sec, Finra, And Fcpa.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Information And Provide Recommendations For Compliance.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm) Or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (Cams) Are Preferred.
