4. Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures for philanthropic programs.
6. Monitor and evaluate the impact of philanthropic programs and initiatives.
7. Manage and track project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
8. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
9. Represent UBS at external events and meetings.
10. Keep up to date with current trends and developments in the philanthropic and social impact sector.
