- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and fair treatment.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Work closely with the global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices and policies across the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all HR-related matters, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Lead and/or participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support HR initiatives and programs.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR and employment practices.
- Act as a role model for UBS's values and behaviors, promoting a culture of integrity, respect, and collaboration.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Business Partnering
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience In Talent Management, Performance Management, And Employee Relations.
