- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR operational inquiries and requests.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for various HR functions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
- Process and track all employee changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and assist with any related inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications to employees.
- Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Conduct audits of HR processes and data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements and enhancements to HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.
- Monitor and track HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall employee experience at UBS through exceptional service and support.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Or A Related Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Procedures.
Proficient In Hris Systems And Ms Office Suite.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multiple Teams And Stakeholders.
