  • Collaborate with front and back office teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of trades and transactions for clients
  • Monitor and reconcile trade activity to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Provide exceptional client service by promptly responding to inquiries and requests and addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Utilize various systems and tools to track and document trade activity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving related to middle office operations
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work with team members to implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to middle office operations
  • Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient trade settlement and cash management
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to middle office operations
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities and follow through to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Middle Office Operations Within A Financial Institution, Preferably Investment Banking Or Wealth Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products, Including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, And Structured Products.

  • Proficiency In Financial Reporting And Data Analysis, With Advanced Knowledge Of Excel And Other Relevant Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Teams And Stakeholders To Resolve Complex Issues And Ensure Operational Efficiency.
