  1. Conduct thorough and accurate review of client information and documentation to ensure compliance with KYC regulations and policies.
  2. Collaborate with various departments, such as legal and compliance, to gather and analyze client data and identify any potential risks.
  3. Make recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure proper due diligence is conducted for all clients.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
  5. Identify and report any suspicious activities or potential violations to relevant authorities.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary information and address any concerns or issues.
  7. Work independently and in a team environment to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex situations and find efficient solutions.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all client information and documentation.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to KYC and AML compliance.
  11. Support senior management in implementing and improving KYC processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, at all times.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of integrity and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Kyc/Cdd (Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence) At A Financial Institution Or Regulatory Agency.

  • Proficiency In Aml (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations And Kyc Procedures, As Well As Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders.
