The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving initiatives that increase client engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction with the UBS brand.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of direct experience in client experience and/or customer service, with a proven track record of successful projects, initiatives, and strategies implemented. A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
