
Real Estate Economist
Would you like to break new ground identifying trends with new data sources? Are looking to join a supportive, innovative team and grow your econometric and application skills? Help uncover macro themes that have the largest potential of impacting our real estate portfolios. Work with the Head of Research & Strategy to apply macro assumptions across the various portfolio strategies to monitor trends and execute on new identified trends. Assist the Markets Insights Specialist on evaluating metro level fundamentals during transactions, presenting to the investment committee, and supporting the Investment Analytics Team when real estate data vendors are utilized.
Expertise in assessing econometric models. (Masters in Economics preferred)
Deep knowledge of standard economic datasets (e.g., Moodys and/or Oxford Economics).
