
Recruit Transition Analyst

This individual will be responsible for providing vital support to the hiring process by ensuring a seamless transition of new employees into the organization. We are seeking a driven and organized self-starter who is committed to excellence.The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources. Additionally, they should have a good working knowledge of the recruiting cycle, including onboarding, benefits and payroll. They must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process of new employees and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Assist in the recruitment cycle by providing guidance and support in areas such as onboarding, benefits, and payroll.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of all new hire processing and document any changes made to the process.
- Manage the onboarding portal and monitor the progress of new employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all policies and procedures are followed correctly.
- Provide detailed reports and analysis on the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends and maintain a network of potential candidates.
- Respond to inquiries from new hires and provide support as needed.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks, as needed.
