- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to UBS.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the organization's talent needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging and informative content for job postings, social media, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance UBS's recruitment marketing efforts.
- Manage the employer brand and ensure it is consistently communicated across all recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as job boards, universities, and recruitment agencies.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Represent UBS at recruitment events and act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.
- Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment marketing with overall branding and messaging strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment marketing strategies to meet their hiring needs.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Or Talent Acquisition.
Proficiency In Digital Marketing Tactics, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Seo.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Campaigns Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
