  1. Develop and implement sustainable and impact investment strategies for UBS and its clients.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on various environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors to inform investment decisions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations into the investment process.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainable and impact investing.
  5. Identify and evaluate potential sustainable and impact investment opportunities.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to educate them on sustainable and impact investing principles and strategies.
  8. Monitor and report on the performance and impact of sustainable and impact investments.
  9. Engage in thought leadership activities, such as speaking at conferences and writing articles, to promote UBS as a leader in sustainable and impact investing.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members to build a strong and knowledgeable team.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to develop and execute sustainable and impact investment initiatives and campaigns.
  12. Continuously assess and improve UBS's sustainable and impact investing strategies and processes.
  13. Represent UBS in external forums and networks focused on sustainable and impact investing.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to the management team on sustainable and impact investing matters.
  15. Uphold UBS's values and commitment to sustainability in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainable And Impact Investing Principles: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sustainable And Impact Investing Principles, Including Esg (Environmental, Social, And Governance) Factors, Impact Measurement, And Responsible Investment Strategies.

  • Experience In Financial Analysis And Portfolio Management: This Role Requires A Strong Background In Financial Analysis And Portfolio Management, As The Strategist Will Be Responsible For Creating And Implementing Sustainable And Impact Investment Strategies For Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Global Markets And Industries: In Order To Effectively Advise Clients On Sustainable And Impact Investing Opportunities, The Strategist Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Global Markets And Industries, Including Emerging Trends And Potential Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Primary Point Of Contact For Clients, The Strategist Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And A Strong Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Explain Complex Investment Concepts And Strategies To Clients.
