Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Support Analyst to join our team at UBS. As the Tech Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and troubleshooting any technical issues they may face. You must be an excellent communicator able to quickly and accurately diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems. You will also have a strong knowledge of our products and services and be able to provide comprehensive customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or equivalent experience in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a technical support role. You must also be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess good problem-solving skills. An excellent customer service attitude and strong communication skills are also essential.
