Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Business, Or Economics.
Prior Experience In Customer Service Or Client Advisory Roles, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Credit Cards And Personal Banking.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Clients.
