UX Experience Design Lead

You should have a strong track record of leading UX design initiatives from concept to launch. You should also have an eye for detail and an understanding of the latest trends in the UX/UI industry. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design vision and strategy for UBS's digital products, websites and services.

4. Manage stakeholders and drive the design process.

6. Monitor user feedback and use it to optimize customer experiences.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
9. Ensure timely delivery of design projects.
10. Mentor and guide junior designers.
