  1. Manage and optimize working capital: The Working Capital Finance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the company's working capital, including accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable, to ensure efficient cash flow and liquidity.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations: The analyst will use their financial expertise to provide valuable insights and recommendations to support business operations and drive decision making.
  3. Conduct financial analysis: This role will require conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize working capital.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The analyst will work closely with various departments, such as sales, procurement, and supply chain, to gather data, analyze trends, and implement solutions to improve working capital performance.
  5. Monitor financial performance: The analyst will track and monitor key financial metrics related to working capital, such as days sales outstanding, days inventory outstanding, and days payable outstanding, and report on any changes or areas of concern.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks: The Working Capital Finance Analyst will proactively identify potential risks to working capital and work with relevant teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: It will be the responsibility of the analyst to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to working capital management and make recommendations to adapt to these changes.
  8. Drive process improvements: The analyst will continuously evaluate and improve processes related to working capital management to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations: The role will involve creating and presenting reports and presentations on working capital performance to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Maintain data accuracy: The analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to working capital and provide support for internal and external audits.

Job Qualifications
