At UBS, we are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Workplace Wealth Solutions team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of employee benefits and retirement solutions to our clients. You will play a critical role in helping our clients meet their financial goals, providing them with tailored advice and support.As a successful candidate for this role, you will have at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry. You will have a strong understanding of employee benefits, retirement plans, and consulting services. You must also be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you must possess a high level of professionalism and a commitment to providing the best customer service.If you are results-oriented and have a passion for helping people reach their financial goals, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive suite of employee benefits and retirement solutions to clients.
  2. Provide tailored advice and support to clients in order to help them meet their financial goals.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  5. Monitor market developments and recommend changes in services as needed.
  6. Generate client reports and financial analyses.
  7. Participate in industry events and conferences.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase client base and revenue.
