Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Lead TA Specialist will oversee and facilitate full-lifecycle recruitment activities including recruitment marketing, direct contact/sourcing of candidates through networking and social media, candidate screening, candidate interview process oversight and coordination, reference checking and compensation negotiation activities. Additionally, the Lead TA Specialist will have responsibility for recruitment and selection documentation for record keeping practices; champion improvements to onboarding activities and coordination with service providers, talent acquisition system status updates and candidate status tracking; develops and maintains comprehensive recruitment pipeline reports on regular basis to support activities with hiring managers and ITS leadership.
