Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Associate to join the family at UNC Health Care! This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and organized individual to join a team dedicated to providing world-class healthcare. As an Administrative Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff of UNC Health Care. You will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, scheduling, and other administrative services. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. You should also be able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a friendly, service-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• At least two years of administrative experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision• Committed to providing outstanding customer service

Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the staff of UNC Health Care. • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries. • Schedule meetings, appointments, and other events. • Maintain and organize files and records. • Prepare documents and correspondence. • Handle incoming and outgoing calls. • Manage mail and email. • Create and manage databases. • Assist with orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks. • Follow up with clients and staff members. • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain a high level of customer service. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. • Perform other duties as assigned.
