Event Planner

1. Research and select vendors for event planning needs.
2. Develop detailed event plans that meet organizational goals.
3. Create and manage event budgets.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on event logistics.
5. Develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns to promote events.
6. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
7. Track event attendance and measure success.
8. Ensure events are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Develop and implement post-event evaluations.
10. Maintain records and documentation of all events.
