Job Description

This role provides provides pivotal support to the HR Business Partners (Field or Corporate) by partnering with them in aligning HR strategy with the business needs and goals.In addition, they will partner with HR team and business leadership to build business acumen and implement HR programs. Provide HR project management support to support a number of projects supporting business partner initiatives. Manage and resolve employee relations issues. May support or conduct formal company investigations. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Assist with annual HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles and Pulse Surveys. Responsible for HR analysis and reporting of key people metrics.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years HR Generalist or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field

  • Working effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships

  • Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals

  • Ability to tell a story and drive actions utilizing data analytics
