Job Description

Responsible for identifying risks related to ergonomics and overexertion injuries and implementing innovative solutions to reduce employee injuries and ensure a safe work environment. This person needs to be a people leader who will collaborate with the operating divisions to identify and implement employee injury reduction initiatives within United. Identify and analyze risks related to overexertion (ergonomic) injuries by utilizing various data sets and evaluating the work environment. Implement innovative solutions to reduce occupational injuries and ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with operating divisions to identify and implement injury reduction solutions. Conduct risk assessments within the workplace. Compile and present information verbally and in writing. Partner with operational leaders and influence to accomplish the collective goal of reducing/preventing employee injuries.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years
