Product Manager - Information Technology

Identify, communicate, and coordinate. Analyze and define efficient, cost effective solutions to support company objectives, CTP objectives, business processes and functional requirements all geared towards improving our customer’s journey. Define and communicate deliverables that align with CTP roadmaps; confirm team capacity prior to communicating deliverables. Use detailed knowledge of service features and functions to assess scope and impact of business needs. Interact with business partners, enterprise project teams, and channel teams to understand their needs and priorities. Work with development teams to generate design documents. Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlog. Review and validate QA test plans; support the QA team during test execution.
