
Specialist - Human Resources Operations
On the HR Operations team, you will serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, internal and external business partners, as well as other third-party entities by handling customer inquiries related to Human Resources/Labor Relations in general and across domains of benefits, performance management, compensation, HR policies, HR systems and more. Provides escalation support for HR leadership and CEO. Periodic special projects and duties may be assigned based on Company need. To be successful in this role, you will have a customer-service orientation and a passion for building partnerships and relationships. We’re looking for a team player who can be accountable and flexible with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a drive for process improvement.
Minimum 2+ years of related experience in a Human Resources
Familiarity and understanding of HR policies and procedures
Understanding of federal and state HR laws and regulations
Relevant industry experience
