- Provide exceptional support to Account Managers in delivering health care solutions to clients.
- Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of UnitedHealth Group's products and services to effectively support clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide timely and accurate information.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Monitor and track client account activity and provide regular updates to Account Managers.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the health care system to better support clients.
- Assist in creating and maintaining client reports and presentations.
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks that may impact client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Insurance Plans And Policies.
