- Process Health Insurance Claims: The primary responsibility of the Associate Claims Representative is to accurately and efficiently process health insurance claims. This includes reviewing and verifying claim information, determining coverage, and processing payments.
- Ensure Timely Processing: The Associate Claims Representative must ensure that all claims are processed in a timely manner, meeting all established deadlines and service level agreements. This may involve prioritizing and managing a high volume of claims.

Previous Experience In Claims Processing Or Insurance Industry, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Administrative Role.
