  11. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends and changes.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for patients.
  13. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and maintaining inventory.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Care Coordination Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work And Collaborate With Various Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficient In Using Electronic Medical Records And Other Healthcare Software.
