Active Rn Licensure In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Nursing, Preferably In A Call Center Or Telephonic Setting.
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Provide Compassionate And Empathetic Care Over The Phone.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Disease Processes, And Treatment Plans.
