- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other Call Center Nurses and call center staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development by attending trainings and staying updated on healthcare industry developments.
Valid And Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where The Call Center Is Located.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As An Rn, Preferably In A Call Center Or Telephonic Nursing Role.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Disease Processes, And Treatment Plans.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Patients And Providers.
Proficient Computer Skills, Including Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Telephonic Communication Systems.
