Case Manager RN

Are you a highly skilled Case Manager Registered Nurse with a passion for helping others? UnitedHealth Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented RN to join our team as a Case Manager. In this role, you will develop and implement care plans for members, coordinate with other departments within the health system to ensure quality care, and promote proper utilization of services. You will have a strong understanding of the patient care process and be an advocate for the patient.To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Registered Nurse license, a minimum of two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, and experience working in case management.
