
Client Success Lead, EHR

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our EHR solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet client needs.
- Understand the healthcare industry and stay up-to-date with industry trends to better support clients.
- Identify and address any potential issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
- Create and deliver presentations and training materials to educate clients on our EHR solutions.
- Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive adoption.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our EHR solutions and provide guidance and support to clients.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to network and promote our EHR solutions.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Success Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Client Needs And Concerns.
