- Develop and manage the marketing operations budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

- Serve as a key liaison between the marketing team and senior leadership, providing regular updates on marketing performance and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to marketing team members on marketing operations processes, systems, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations through data-driven decision-making and testing.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Marketing Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Mba Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry And Market Trends, As Well As Experience Working With Healthcare Data And Analytics.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Strategies And Campaigns, With A Focus On Driving Business Growth And Roi.
