9. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies and industry groups to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends.
10. Prepare and submit reports on privacy and compliance activities to senior management and regulatory agencies as required.
11. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure all contracts and agreements comply with privacy and compliance requirements.
12. Lead the development and implementation of privacy impact assessments for new projects and initiatives.
13. Maintain and update the company's privacy policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations.
14. Oversee and manage the team responsible for privacy and compliance activities.
15. Act as an advocate for privacy and compliance within the company and promote a culture of compliance awareness.
