- Design and implement effective reporting strategies for our Epic clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their reporting needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Create and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
- Train and mentor team members on reporting best practices and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve any reporting issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve reporting processes and systems.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new reporting tools and techniques.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Reporting Tools, Such As Clarity And Radar, In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data And Reporting Requirements, Including Knowledge Of Hipaa And Other Regulatory Guidelines.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Reporting Analysts, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Effectively Communicating With Stakeholders.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data And Provide Actionable Insights To Support Business Decision-Making.
