  1. Design and implement effective reporting strategies for our Epic clients.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client data.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their reporting needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Create and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
  6. Train and mentor team members on reporting best practices and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve any reporting issues or discrepancies.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve reporting processes and systems.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new reporting tools and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Reporting Tools, Such As Clarity And Radar, In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data And Reporting Requirements, Including Knowledge Of Hipaa And Other Regulatory Guidelines.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Reporting Analysts, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Effectively Communicating With Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data And Provide Actionable Insights To Support Business Decision-Making.
