  1. Utilize expertise in Epic's MyChart module to support the implementation and optimization of the electronic medical record system.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze user needs and requirements for MyChart functionality.
  3. Develop and implement MyChart workflows, templates, and customization to support efficient and effective patient care.
  4. Train and support end-users on MyChart functionality and best practices.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MyChart.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in Epic's MyChart functionality.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for MyChart and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, policies, and procedures related to MyChart.
  9. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for improving patient experience and operational efficiency.
  10. Act as a liaison between end-users and IT departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  11. Participate in testing and validation of new MyChart features and enhancements.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security protocols related to MyChart.
  13. Collaborate with other Epic analysts and teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across different modules.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and optimize MyChart functionality to better serve the needs of patients and healthcare providers.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to UnitedHealth Group's mission and vision of improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Mychart Platform, Including Implementation And Maintenance.

  • Epic Mychart Certification At An Advanced Level.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry And Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
