  1. Maintain and update electronic medical records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all medical records, including patient demographics, diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.
  3. Monitor and review medical records for compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  5. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members regarding medical record requests and inquiries.
  7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of medical record processes.
  8. Train and educate team members on proper medical record documentation and maintenance.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to medical records and electronic health records.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  12. Support and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Act as a resource for team members regarding medical record processes and protocols.
  14. Assist with audits and compliance reviews related to medical records.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions and tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management Or Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electronic Health Record Systems And Hipaa Regulations

  • Certified As A Registered Health Information Administrator (Rhia)

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Medical Records Management

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
